Sure, Stormserpent! I've changed the sale from Doeisa to you... :)
She is a couple of levels higher, so just get your level with your current pets to level 42, and you'll be able to add her to your party! :)

I got these two Nephini early when I started the game but they're just sitting in my stable so I hope they can go to a good home

When the Wind Chaser Luffs came out I got a few and I bred this little guy He has Visible runes and there is a possibility of Carried Winchaser's Tail, Regalia, and Blessing
