Ok, I have more information! Eori drops Eori drops Summer Fairy's Garments.

And I can confirm that Cassandra the Passionista drops Passionate Flame. I have a working theory that whatever item the witch or warlock is holding, is the one it might drop when killed. She dropped the flame when she was holding it. I can't say for sure however, since I wasn't paying attention when the other items dropped.

@Flute, I can confirm Eori also drops the Summer Wings as that's where I got mine from.
