Here's another verse about my hatred of puns! XD

There's no doubt
I'm a loyal pun-hater
Grape's a pun-lover
She's like Darth Vader

A Haiku about the Mirror of Erised

I see not your face,
But your heart's desire within,
You see but can't have.

Bored... So I made another poem :3
This one's about the sea.

A swell that grows upon the sea,
A horse that runs so wild and free,
A wave that spits it's foamy spray,
The horse lets out a cheerful neigh,
It splashed along the water's tide,
As all the waves start to collide,
A broken wave smashes and gallops,
Upon the sea bed stirring up scallops,
It runs and runs till the sea is behind,
And the waves that gallop are intertwined,
But every wave that hits the beach,
Still it is never quite within reach,
Then it's dragged back by it's legs,
As t continues to struggle and begs,
So it's snatching and snapping at all the toes,
But it gets nothing for the effort it shows,
Soon it is washed back cold and alone,
Back into the sea the horse is thrown.

Ty and here's another one :p

The sun is bright and shining down,
Lighting up the entire town,
Sand is hot below the feet,
Laying there like a golden sheet,
Sea lapping against the shore,
Letting out a silent roar,
The sea is cold and tastes of salt,
Ice cream's a fresh dripping fault,
In the sand a castle lay,
Collapses much to her dismay,
Upset children clamber round,
Letting out a moping sound,
Splashes heard from here and there,
An angry shout of 'That's not fair!'
A dripping child stomping off,
And then lets out a quiet cough,
The day is young and very bright,
It's still fine despite the fight,
Jumping over ocean waves,
Exploring gloomy and dark caves,
A day at the beach, a day of fun,
To let the kids run wild and get some sun.

I'm hoofing a whaley crate thyme XD nice puns for you there

This is a poem dedicated to an old friend of mine.

Laughing in his wicked glee,
Like black waves lapping thickly,
Voice as brittle as a cracking tree,
Staring back at me,
Inside my head, hes what I see...

Eyes are yellow, eyes are blue,
Haunting shadows, creeping through,
Irises sharp as a waning moon,
Old and new,
Always does what he shouldnt do...

Laughs at scorn, plays with fear
Sometimes far, sometimes near,
Sometimes he I cannot hear,
Should he appear,
He flickers like light from a chandelier...

Driving past in scarlet flames,
Mysterious, has no last name,
Smiles at reproach, feels no shame,
Far from tame,
Cant help but feel hes not the same...

Hear him cackling in my head,
You cant chase me out, is what he said,
Tiger-stripes of the color red,
All but soul-dead,
The monster that hides beneath my bed...

My haunting never has an end,
Yet sometimes he is my only friend,
A mistake that I make but never mend,
For him I send,
Is he trapped in my head, or am I the one whos penned?

I feel his presence in my mind,
Grinning at me from just behind,
A creature of the rarest kind,
Id tell you more,
But nevermind...

Catpin of the Ace of Spades
From the smallest mistake Ive always made,
My sanity has been taken by raid
He, who Ive not yet forbade,
He always comes, but never stays...

Another cool, creepy poem:

And she turns on all the lights
To chase away the ghouls inside
And she has a falling out
Turns her body inside out
And while her tears are pouring down
She hopes hell come back if she cries
Loves him to the day she dies
But shes really not his kind
Hes just a shadow in her mind
His laughters a beloved sound
She hears it swelling all around
She feels the tendrils being wound
Very soon she will be bound
But she embraces all her strife
And she believes his every lie
He says, Baby, its all right,
And yet she knows the end is nigh
So she scrambles on her own
Withering to skin and bone
She knows shes running out of time
She doesnt want to be alone
So she fulfills his every prayer
Hoping hell return her care
Fading in his wicked stare
She feels her soul being corralled,
And then her heart is turned to stone.

And on lighter notes, a poem I wrote for my cousin, who was turning thirty years old:

Ill try not to be too wordy:
For twenty years you have survived,
Now, my friend, youre turning thirty
As your birthday has arrived.

In this life that you are living,
You deserve a day of rest,
Take these words that I am giving
We all would like to wish you best.

You should live for years aplenty,
A brand new era has begun
Nevermore will you be twenty
Soon, you will be thirty-one.

These are probably my best.

Great poetry!
Today's my birthday, so I made a poem:

Happy birthday to me!
I'm now twenty-three!
I really'd like a house elf!
Lysie, ohmigod stop face-palming yourself!
(Lysie face-palms even more)

Lol just found this--
A few months back, I had read a whole book of Edward Lear, and, because of my obsession, wrote limerick upon limerick about my two favorite characters in the ABC TV show Once Upon a Time--Felix and Pan.

Felix the Lost Boy loved Pan,
Who had viciously murdered a crayon,
But he kept it hush-hush
So appease his first crush,
In hopes of becoming Best Man.

Felix was once a Lost Boy,
Who was Peter Pan's personal toy,
Till his pure heart was crushed,
And his last breath was hushed,
He gifted his fan girls with joy.

Felix has got in a feud,
But because hes so wonderfully shrewd,
As his brilliance shows,
He conquers his foes,
Leaving the crowd in good mood!

Felix believed Pans life mattered,
But his wish was maliciously shattered
For there as he died,
Cruel Peter Pan cried:
Dont be scared Felix, be flattered!

Peter Pan was really quite evil,
And was once referred to as a devil,
But, trapped with the ghouls
In the River of Souls,
No more will victims he bedevil.
