Ah I was thinking to do the fruit carving too! (saw the orange one as a tutorial online lol)
Did you follow a tutorial to carve the fruits or you winged it yourself? O: If you did it yourself, that's quite impressive lol

I decided to go a little unique with ym dinner tonight :D

Gathering Supplies

...i only wanted /some/ cheese, not the whole bag...oh well \_()_/

Filling all mixed up. It consists of cream cheese, spinach, and shredded cheese.

I made a little bowl out of meat, then filled the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. I then put a piece of bacon on top of the mixture.

I placed a second "bowl" of meat on top of the original bowl and pinched the seam until it became a giant stuffed meatball. Now came the hardest part. Those petals were not easy to keep up! As you can see in the pic, they kept falling down. This particular one i actually ended up pasting back on with a bit of the leftover cream cheese mixture lol.

Finished (raw) flower! I put a bit more of the cream cheese mixture in the center as an extra artistic touch.

Ready to cook in the oven! (With the meatloaf i made for Dad's dinner lol. Meatloaf is also filled with bacon and the cream cheese btw. Yummy!) (Also, sorry flash killed my username in this one and a few others @-@ )

Fully cooked meat flower! Some of the filling leaked out on the far side but oh well lol.

a brighter pic of the cooked flower.

I made a side of pasta to go with it. The pasta is made with butter, shredded cheese, and spinach.

I wnted the pasta to look like a nest of vines or grass lol.

Mmmmm! Dinner is served!

(And yes, it was absolutely delicious! And filling!)

I love eating cereal so I decided to make a flower out of it!

1st Pic - Inside the shiny bag is some sorta chocolate cereal, my family threw the box away already.

2nd Pic - Made the first parts of the flower.

3rd Pic - Secondary Petals. (The cereal at the bottom of the plate are spares. I ate them all up. My username also got a bit cut off.)

4th Pic - Added the stem and a leaf. (Made out of two cheerios stuck together.)

5th Pic - Added the chocolate powder at the bottom for dirt/soil.

Afterwards, I poured everything into a bowl and ate it up with some milk. ^u^

I know you sy that every part of the flower needs to be edible but I was sort of planning to do cake pops. Would using the paper lollipop sticks count against my entry? I only say this because I can't imagine that pretzels would be strong enough to hold up.

hookay. Spent so much of today doing this!
First off, just the whole album of pictures. In case anyone wants to see the whole thing.

By now, we should all be familiar with the fact that I like to use my dough as a sculpting material for things, so I'll skip forward to when it's all colorful. (This time I used cherry, orange, and mint flavoring. Mint for anything not the actual flowers.)

Next, a picture of halfway through one half of the flower collection, around the time dinner was interrupting the process.

And then a picture of about halfway through the other half of the flower collection, for symmetry purposes.

And then a picture of the two halves together, finished.

And then a couple of closeups, just because.
