I would be ok giving out 0-1 vis themes vary rarely like every 100 players or something like that.

I agree. Like, every 1 in 100 player gets a themed, or some odds.

yep or something were more vis themed pets are less often like giving out a 3 vis theme after 20 or so 1 vis themed pets.

Or maybe for every vis that the egg will have, we add 100 players so like:

1vis every one hundred
2vis every two hundred
3vis every three hundred
and so on and so on
