I love MBTI test, I find them very interesting and think that they can make you realize that some parts of your personality which you ignored before I'm important.
So I would like to join the club!

The only problem I could find with this tests is that they are too binary. I think that we can act differently in different situations... And actually my results are differents each time a take an other version of the test!

Most of the time I am INFP (like you!)... Though I am also close to ENFP, and INTP.
I'm actually neither trully introverted nor extroverted... Most of time, I get results like " 51 % introverted, 49% extroverted" XD.
And I think that in everyday social situation, I'm slighlty more "feeling" rather than "thinking"... I am also very artistic and imaginative. BUT I am also academically inclined, and tend to analyse a lot of different think, all the time... So when the tests ask a lot of questions about our center of interests (for example, if we like different types of sciences), It usually tells me than I am INTP...
The only think that is usually clear is that I am "perceiving" rather than "judging"!

Am I the only one who writes and someone does the test with for characters for fun (and to have better idea about what their personality could be)?

Nope, I do that too xD
And I agree, these tests are a little binary. I'd like it to have a few more options...maybe be opted to specific situations?

Depends who you are and how you feel tbh. My s.o and I get ENFP/J around each other but around other people we're basically almost 100% introverted around random people xD

for the 2-3 times I've done it over the years, I've gotten the same result ^^

I do feel like it fits me well, I'm very introverted and creative I guess, however I also enjoy logic and thinking; I'm really into computers and programming.

I guess it's an indication but not set in stone, as of course it is basically impossible to accurately categorise all human emotions, thoughts and behaviours into 16 categories :)
