Not much is needed to be said now, just that their equipment needs to have a higher rarity. As for Party order, put Starlight first, then Mystic, then Destin. If you want, I can buy you any equipment you need, just give me a list.

And for the battle itself, you may want to kill the weaker trolls first 'cause those are easy to kill but will add up damage

But of course, if it still doesn't work, you can consider switching Destin to Wind. For that, give her Myrmidon and ravager equipment. Wind only deals single target damage and better when focusing on a single strong opponent
