Just, saying I take Vivance (that's the name in French. I don't know if there is a name for it in English) and I'm 20 and ADD runs in my family, my dad has it (did get diagnostic in time, he could be a granddad, but he isn't),
And that means my oldest sister has it too. :) I do have 2 sisters only.

As far as I know, Im the only one in my family who has it, my mom, dad, brother, and four aunts are all neurotypical as far as I know

I would recommend Ginkgo Biloba, which is an herbal supplement you can buy at almost any grocery store. Its not a huge help, but it gives you a little edge.
Another thing that helps me is caffeine, but its easy to get rather addicted to it so if you consume it, be careful not to do it to excess.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but Im still searching myself.

Hello, I'm an adult who was diagnosed with ADHD last year. I have been told I may also have Aspergers/a mild form of autism as well, but I haven't gotten a diagnosis yet.
I have to say, the ONE thing that helps me get through my day to day, is a website called habitica. I'm really bad at remembering things and I get hyperfocused on things, so having habitica sorta helps me prioritize.
