I'm going to try to be a Ginger Bread House, but I got a friend here to help me like hold pieces of the houses together. Is that okay?

Aw man. We just pitched all the frosting and junk food stuff from our pantry. My mother was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, but she's still at the point where she might be able to reverse it, so she's like overhauled our household's eating habits (which we probably needed to do anyway).

Hmm...
I wonder what I could make with cauliflower, sliced turkey, and unsweetened peanut butter...

Does it have to be three dimensional or can it be a flat design?

I managed 3D better than i thought. But it may be a good question for others

Items used.... chocolate graham crackers, strawberry wafers, peanut butter, chocolate and caramel frosting, fruity pebbles and lucky charm marshmallows, whip cream, and sixlett candies

I know the end result is what it is, but I was going for the little windmill. Unfortunately it ended up like a mountain monster lol. I didn't use a kit and tried going with a nutty non-candy ingredient list.




Rice crispy base.


Iced it then coated the building with a mixture of nuts. Coated the ground with mini-wheats.
Left a hole for the entryway.




Used a werther for the centerpiece. My only candy. Lined with green nuts.
Coated cashews with honey to make the roof.
Made a campfire with walnuts and seaweed and paprika for color. This didn't come out too well. xD
The pathway is peanutbutter lined with chocolate. Sesame seeds line the ground. Thought to stack some barrels of hay with mini-wheats.




The mini-wheat windmill things were supported by toothpicks.

If I were to do this again, I feel I could do a better job, but I guess that's till next year!

This is when I realized I can't build. Please tell me never to try this again. Sorry the images aren't very clear; had to take them with my computer. My phone is broken.
