history: Patrick was born a ****** child. This meant his mother wasn't married or anything, and got pregnant. When he was born a Dragon human hybrid, it became obvious she had an affair with a Dragon somehow. The details were unnneeded. It was obviously what destroyed his mother's reputation, wealth, and sanity. He was abused and soon abandoned as a small child.
