Appearance: Black hair, pale face, black eyes, black trench coat with a lot of pockets, grey shirt, black jeans, black boots with silver tip, streak of silver in hair and amulet with black and silver markings from his sister.
Reason for wanting to be a hero: ....It's a long story, but involves a dragon and the amulet.
Other: Inherited powers from his father, who acted very similar to Nicote.

Quirk description:
Mira can freeze water into ice, and hold/store ice without it melting. This comes in handy, as she can manipulate water as well.

Personality:
Mira is very clever and forgiving. She doesn't talk to many, and either has one very close friend or no friends at all. She seems very reserved, but if she warms up to you, she is very sweet and friendly. Generally, Mira is very introverted.

Reason for wanting to be a hero:
Mira wants to set a good example for people, and she wants to help others.

Other:
Her mother has an ice manipulation quirk, and her father has a water manipulation quirk, hence Mira's quirk. Her younger sister's quirk is Empathy.

Quirk: Enviornmental Bubbles

Quirk description: She can make pockets of different weather and envoironment. So basically encase an area or person in a bubble with an environment (weather, temperature, etc) of her choosing. The environment can only be weather and temperature changes, nothing that grows or is alive. Also it doesn't stop a person from moving out of the bubble, although she can move her bubbles along with them (so they need to be faster than she can move them to get out of them)

However the bigger they are the harder it is for her to stay awake, and the longer she keeps them up the more physically tired she becomes. (Basically size eats up her stamina and length eats up her strength)

Personality: She's bubbly and very optimistic, she is sometimes a little too trusting and sees everyones good side. This, however, does not mean she is naive and knows that sometimes things are tough, she just usually chooses to look past that. She's also a very technical thinker, good at analysis particularly to how to cause the least or most amount of damage. because the length of her quirk requires muscle strength, and it being not a very defensive quirk she works out a lot, and dedicates two hours of every day to physical training alone.

Appearance:

Reason for wanting to be a hero: Her father was trapped in a building during a fire. It was in a closed off room so it took them a while to find him let alone get him out. Because of that his lungs were badly damaged and still are. He had to quit hero work because of it. So she wants to prtly take up his mantle and partly help others to avoid this same fate.

Other: Her father's quirk is containment bubbles. He can make extremely strong but see through bubbles to contain people or defend himself. The more and bigger he makes them the more he finds the situation hilarious.
Her mother had weather control, although she could only change weather for about 5 minutes and got a huge headache from it afterwards.
