Most of her magic resides in her eye, which she keeps covered up by a bandage. To do some intermediate and all advanced, she needs to take it off.
Level 1-3
She can bind herself to people, whom she has to follow the order of. She can mildly enhance the stats of them by blessing them by one level. She can also touch minor wounds and heal them, although they will appear on her skin instead.
Level 4-6
She can enhance Bounds skills by three levels. She can also bless them to have buffs for an hour. She is capable of teleporting to any bound in short distance of her.
Level 7-9
She can teleport to a bound no matter where they are. If they are attacked, she will go berserk mode and aimlessly attack the advocate.
Personality
Angelica is a shy child who struggles a lot. She's very loyal and eager to please those around her, falling victim of others easily as well. She is gullible but gets nervous when her loyalty is questioned. She keeps her head down most of the time and talks quietly, with not much to say unless she is giving advice which she is good at. She blushes and is embarrassed easily and often won't talk after being embarrassed. She thinks people dislike her even if they don't. She gets nervous over the smallest of things. She is often quiet in classes and sometimes anti-social.
Backstory
She comes from Italy, from a normal family. She was involved in a cursing accident that made her eye black. Her parents don't talk about it, and she's worried that they're disappointed in her. She wears a Catholic cross.
Likes
She likes the sound of nature and especially the sound of flowing water, taking care with delicate things. She is fond of tinkling music that is not loud. She likes rain and peoples creativity as well as when others think highly of themselves. She actually prefers savory things over sweet things.
Dislikes
She hates silence, it makes her very uncomfortable and actually scares her to the verge of tears. She dislikes it when people refuse to criticize her and is desperate to improve in every way.
Fears
She is also scared of heights and can feel sick when taking a journey.

He can visualize a place he's been to before or somewhere within his sight (including through obstacles) and teleport to that place with a chance of it backfiring.
Level 1-3
He can teleport short distances, very prone to backfire and get stuck in a wall or something. Might also randomly teleport or end up in China. Why China? I don't know. Shh.
Level 4-6
He can teleport up to a mile away or a place he knows well. Has a smaller chance of backfiring, but might still end up in China if he's distracted.
Level 7-9
He can teleport very far distances to places he's seen at least once before, can effortlessly teleport to a place within his sight and through walls or doors. Will probably not go to China, but who knows?
Personality
Creepy, kind, and totally obnoxious (don't ask how that works it just does). He fights for those he thinks worthy, and even if he doesn't' t show it he might actually like you as a friend or person. And he has an obsession with pigeons.
Backstory
No one's really sure, but he definitely has at least one brother (who he says is a dunderhead whose only good point is that he keeps his nose in his books) and a sister (but no one knows who she is or what she's like or where she is)
Likes
Pomegranates, pigeons, the dark, horning his skills.
Dislikes
Penguins, (pretends to dislike0 gaining any useful knowledge, rude people (he's rude back), people calling him nicknames other than Phoenix.
Fears
Someone will find out his dark secret....and his equally dark past.

Do I own a bakery? (Actually yes in a very old video game that's not that great TBH because usernames were repeated a lot and 500 other reasons).
Don't mess with the pigeons. They are trained to bite.

He can turn into any animal, including other people, but mainly a pit viper. Can also accidentally shape-shift if overly frustrated, angry, excited, nervous, etc.
Level 1-3
He can turn into animals he's seen before multiple times and knows somewhat much about, takes up to a minute Requires a lot of concentration and has a possibility of changing back immediately.
Level 4-6
He can turn into any animal he's seen and knows at least a little about. Can be done faster and is slightly easier to hold the shape, but may still revert back again.
Level 7-9
He can turn into any animal he's every seen with little effort. Has almost no chance of it backfiring and it takes about five to ten seconds.
Personality
Curious, helpful, not the type that really wants attention
Backstory
Never has been the perfect child, or teachers pet, never expects to be. His family never liked him, and he always feels like theres something he needs to prove to them. They always taunted and teased him, and therefore, he's never really felt safe. Eventually he bit one of them, and so he was forced out of the house.

Alone time, friends, understanding people, trustworthy fellows, the outside, and nature. Especially rain.

Illusions
He can conjure illusions of people and objects and can make them feel realistic to touch, however they can be seen through with some amount of concentration.
Level 1-3
He can make illusions of things he's seen often in a 5 foot radius of him and make them feel realistic, however, never both at the same time and cannot move. Requires little focus to see through. Good chance of backfiring.
Level 4-6
He can conjure illusions of anything he's seen before within a 10 foot radius and can remember, can somewhat feel realistic with immense concentration and has limited movement. Requires somewhat much focus to see through, small chance of backfiring.
Level 7-9
He can make an illusion of anything he can picture in his mind within a 20 foot radius and can make them feel realistic with some concentration, can move anywhere within in his range. Tiny to no chance of backfiring.
Personality
He's very quiet at times and does enjoy slightly messing with people. He will slowly try to get away from conversations and talk to his illusions sometimes. He does very much enjoy gifts but he'll get flustered.
Backstory
His parents were both enchanters, so they expected him to be one. When he did show being a prodigy they were disappointed and sorta disowned him, they still talked to him and all but it wasn't like they wanted to, they tried to avoid him. This made him feel very very lonely so he began rocky try and use his illusions to make himself "friends" to talk to. He has been slightly abused by his parents and went thru a phase of self harm, hence where he got his scar. He seems to be over both of those phases.
