I'm a bit confused about the Clan thing. Do they have to have relations in camps?

No they don't have to and for the clan if you don't have any clan experiance just leave it blank. So you don't get left behind or niether does anyone else could you start at a small town on the edge of the elven territory with Sabrina please? Then you both can catch up to the rest of us at your own pace.

In-Character Short: born an air elf, he always wanted to fly. He could bend the wind so he could hover for a bit, but that was it. One day, while scouting the forest for food, he found an abandoned Roc next with one egg. He found 2 adult Roc corpses nearby, one male and the other female. He took the egg and cared for it, and when it hatched, he named it Astral due to its feather pattern. (Its midnight blue with tiny white dots all around.)

Proficincies are 1 base stat plus in your case your air magic bonus which is +1 combat, stamina and stealth. Once you fill that in you are accepted and fair warn I don't know who else will be in the forest but if no one ineracts with you by tomorrow I'll help until you find the others or the smaller group.
