You're not allowed two accounts because of the possibility of scamming. There are times, like with an event that just happened, where you can get pets. With two accounts you could get a pet for each, but then give one accounts pets to the other account, thus doubling up. Also when the advent calendar happens, an even during december, each day you get free things, including diamonds. You could also then get extra diamonds which wouldn't be fair to other players.

Just things like that, which would make the game very unfair for others if some people were to have a second account and use it to scam in certain ways.

Yes, there are events where you can earn rewards for doing certain tasks. With two accounts you could basically double your rewards, so it's one of the big reasons why two accounts are not allowed for one person. ^-^

Accounts are based mainly off of email addresses, only one per email account. Also, only two accounts per ip address. So, if you have a family member wanting an account, they could get one, but then no one else would be able to unless Krin is asked and he decides to allow it.

I would advise against that. If you are found creating a second account without permission, then both would be terminated and your ip address banned. It's always better to ask first.
