I don't think Redbubble offers such a service, however, we are looking into other services that might be able to offer something like that. =)

If you want to be able to sell simple products like mugs and mousepads and et cetera with whatever customized images (like a player's favourite Sylesti), you can try Photobucket, which allows you to order products with any image you upload there. I believe they even allow gift addresses so you could ship products directly to buyers. Though it has been a long time since I've looked into all of that...
Seems like I had found some other similar services as well back when I was researching it, but I don't seem to remember the names right now...

As for the Sylesti plushie issue, I think I have a fairly reasonable solution for that. You can have a set of individuals that take custom orders. Buyers would purchase a custom order (would have to make it known that they would have to pay upfront to provide for materials and wait a period of time to allow production and delivery), provide the URL code for the Sylesti they want a plushie of, and then if you have more than one person making plushies an order can either be assigned to someone or someone can request to do it. The maker gets their pay so that they can purchase materials and then produce the plushie order and then send it to the buyer. -Or if you don't want to deal with all of the legalities of binding said plushie makers to legally binding contracts to secure PII, you can have the makers send the plushies to you since you are already bound to the security of players' PII (and then you could also inspect final products for quality control as well :3 ) and then you could send them on to the buyer. ^_^
If you are wondering where you would find some plushie makers, I happen to know that there are people in this playerbase with plushie making skills and I think they would be willing to do it. :D I, for one, can offer/nominate myself for such a purpose, and if you want to seriously entertain the idea, I can begin the production of some samples of my capabilities nigh. ^_^

Anyway, just some feasible options. ^_^
