I see why it's upsetting when people release pets, but it's for the good of the site! Us veteran users do it to clean up the advanced search! People use the advances search to find many beautiful pets for the best prices, but often times, newer users will clutter the market with what we call dishwater pets (I know, it's a mean sounding name >.<).
Dishwater pets can bring down the economy, and especially hurt the people who put lots of money and time and effort into creating project pets. It's definitely not to be mean, it's just to keep the economy healthy and the markets clean. They will never release a gorgeous pet that a lot of other people would love to buy, I can almost promise you that!

Let me show you what I mean:

These are the kind of pets that will be released. Sometimes they will have traits, but usually they just look like this. I found all of these for the lowest prices on the advanced search market.

Here are the kind of pets that releasers will leave alone, because somebody might want to buy them!



ALL of the pets here that I've shown you are 1 or 2 gold. Do you notice that the second group seems much more valuable though? They are all the same price, but these are worth more. That is why people release ones in the first group, so that the pets people really want to buy will show up.

i mean i have a few pets that some people might think are dishwasher pets but all the pets i own i own foe a good reason. like there are a few i caught in the wild that i thought could be useful for an upcoming project but yeah i see your point
