What does fertile mean?
I've been on Sylestia for a while and I still don't know.

Fertile means it can breed, infertile means it can't breed.

If you want you can have one for half price, I am adding a rule about that right now, players under level 40 get their first project half price and under level 10 gets it for 500g no matter the TP.

You can go up to 12 Trait Points. That will make the total cost 17.5k, but 5 trait points only makes it 3k... I would go somewhere like 7-9.
