Yay, they look properly regal now! I like that even though the textures are clearly feathers, they look quite scale-like as well, and the feathers down the spine look like a ridge. A good mix of dragon and bird.

Ah man. I had a nytekrie essence but I never really liked the base so I sold it. Now I'm regretting every life decision up until now.

I'm not super in love with the facial feathers. It doesn't quite scream "fearsome predator." Maybe some more layered feathers, building up a "mane"?
The hind leg feathers also look a bit stiff, and I think they'd look better with less defined feathers to give them a soft, downy look, like this:
