I'd be interested, I've written a lot of dystopian things and it would be really cool to worldbuild another dystopian society.

Have anything to go along with that?

Uh a mix or dystopian and apocalyptic?

Maybe the apocalypse could be caused by some sorts of giant monsters? Biological or tech, giant monster-robots is an interesting concept though xD And they basically kill people? Kind of cliche but its a backbone.

Maybe apocalyptic in the sense that with these robots patrolling around nothing can really be mantained and so everything is in a constant state of disrepair. Overgrown, broken down, etc.

Hm but how does dystopian society fit in with that? I'm not sure.

I also am not really sure how to fit a war in that, but it can be figured out.

Maybe this society is in the aftermath of a war or invasion or something.

Fits those two in and focuses things on survival.

Do we want to actually try and implement a government, or do we want to do a gang-style ruled by the people type of governing? Every man for himself?

Oh, we could always take inspiration from Hunger Games and Mazerunner though (although I barely remember the movies/books). Maybe have a small class of social elites who do what they please? (although im not sure how they would become elite, robots arent picky... or are they?) Or/and an Earth with different climates/weather/features because of uh....war? xD

I honestly hate the Hunger games but I kinda like how Mazerunner was (even though I vaguely remember that)
Having some sort of elite group overall in charge of things seems cool. I also like doing alternate Earth settings because I can get away with more

So maybe like a Borderlands Fallout type setting?

So a messed up black-and-white semi-government, post-apocalyptic world with murder machines wandering around. The result of a war-gone-wrong (or right?), and a.... mutated environment maybe? Like maybe plants can grow huge, a weed can be the size of a palm tree. Not all weeds but maybe some? And maybe the weather is *very volatile* (more than it is in the real world? hahaha funny weather joke---). Calm wind for half the day and then suddenly gale force winds? Its always gray skies?

You got the gist of it so that's all I was after.

The war-destroyed, irradiated, and monster filled apocalyptic environment was what I was after, so you got it.
The weather might be fun to play with too. Like a climate altered world because of the fallout
