the level and training will not affect the base stat, meaning that the offspring wont be sronger as a result but training in festival zone or on forest spirit in the lost grove while having a philter of expedient learning active give the best result. Those philters can be found for about 50k each in the trade broaker and boost the amount of exp earned for 250 battles, if you time it right and have a bit of luck they are more usefull then experience orbs past the level 60. ^-^

i wasn't sure but turn out i have one that is tradeable so, sure, the dyes will be more then enough for it lol
