By exploring and from mission satchels (gold and purple level) They aren't very pricey at all int he broker as well. Usually a few thousand. But not having the correct, high level armor is extremely hindering in abttle.

Everything level 55 in the broker is 3k and up. I don't have enough to get them ALL new gear

Then fill the empty accessory slots and get as much good equips as you can. Anything is better than none.

Work on getting better equipment before attempting the Spire, which is about twice as difficult as the Garden. GL!
