Im gonna post this here because Im going to attempt to figure it out on my own but just in case anyone sees this how in the heck do I use elixirs that I have ! While in my inventory I choose use item...but in battle when I go into my bag, they arent there

That depends on whether you have potions (more rectangular looking) or elixirs (triangular shaped). Potions cannot be used in battle. Elixirs can and are accessed through clicking on your satchel on the right hand side of the screen.

in regions 1 and 2, to use healing items in battle you need

> to have elixirs, not potions (as mentioned),

> to click the red arrow/ P (manage party button), NOT the satchel icon (I / view inventory),
this will bring up a screen that shows your three pets, their current hp and mana, and have a 'use item' and a 'cancel' button

> click 'use item' to bring up a screen of your elixirs and draughts.

> Click the one you want to use- it will automatically go back to the screen that showed your three pets

> Click the pet you want to use it on and it will automatically go back to the battle screen. A little bottle icon will appear in the top right corner of the selected pet's info box () and the Manaeg Party button will have a green background.

(if you selected the item/pet wrong just repeat the steps- just deselect the item when you get to that screen (it will also have a green background- click it so it turns white) then select the new item/ select the same one again, but then a different pet)

> continue turn as usual, selecting the attack targets of your pets and ending the turn,
