I looked out and noticed a large mound and called out loudly to get others attention before I and some of the hunters to investigate while the best protectors stayed with the pack for young and old.

I could hear the call so i snorted telling the others to stay on high alert just in case

we got to the hill and I went down on all fours getting close to the mound, I called out a few more times to separate and we got closer to the mound which was a dead sinoceratops. My eyes worked over it seeing large bite marks and called to the others.

After the babys ate then the adults ate but i always ate last still on patrol

I called the last of the pack and I climbed to the top looking out on higher ground and saw a green area my nostrils flared and I clicked my claws together in thought.

After they all ate the grass and bushes to nothing but sticks and shrubs they keep moving eating along the way

I let the younger pack members eat, as I stripped the last of the bone I had and looked out for any enemies.

She got the smell of a bigger predator near by she nudge the group together

Out in the distance she seen two Rexs As the circled she flared her nostrils and snorted glaring at them one decided to charge but one of the males hit him out the way but for the other one he stayed a distance away for the right time to attack. The other one attacked but i reared up and drove it into the ground injuring it her retreated back to the other. but now its his turn
