If you are trying to do a daycare type of rp, there may be other players interessed as well in the "find roleplayers'' section, it may nead some clearer explanation as an rp thing, a bit of re-working and you will 100% have to drop the idea of an entrie fee if you want others to participate but it would be possible there.

If you ment it more as a small fiction thing where the players dont have any control over the pet, you could try to do those in the fan fiction section, i am unsure wether or not people would be willing to pay for those.

I Really hope us and all the other older players haven't come off as mean? I certainly didn't mean to be disheartening or anything, we legitimately did want to clarify where you were trying to take these threads.

You seem like you were full of enthusiasm for these ideas, and enthusiasm is good! I've spent the last two days thinking on it, and the best analogy I managed to think of is that it was like you dove headfirst into a swimming race when you didn't quite know the swimming strokes? You're a newbie, that's normal. And we're all just some random people you don't know standing outside the pool yelling info at you in a way that is intended to be helpful but I suppose can easily be disheartening or be construed as mean.
(We were all newbies at one point, and all of us have had to learn the ropes, or, as my analogy would have it, I suppose the swimming strokes)

We really did mean the pointers- and you have ideas and enthusiasm! With a bit of reworking, you could definitely do something really interesting! Don't give up! I genuinely think it's just a matter of learning the mechanics, and the Community, and getting experience with time.
Like, designing is a big part of sylestia, it's fun, it's free, people run contests often for other people to offer them potential designs for their pets. I legitimately meant it when I said there were things you could do with the designing idea- it's just that actually altering existing pets, which was your original idea, is limited outside of colouration, and dyes alone are expensive.
