They are dragon, but can take a human form when they choose. Changing back and forth can be disorienting for them though.

Backstory: she was raised around her siblings her whole life but unlike her they didn't make it very far,once her mother died they had to defend for themselves, that didn't work out very well when a predator was also hungry, she managed to slip away and survive off barries but she got stronger as she got older

Sirens in this RP don't usually hunt humans and can take a human form, seeing as this is a pirate Rp she can hunt them in order to steal from them and/or make them get lost. Certain mythic races can be resistant to sirens song, like elves and dwarves.(note I said resistant, not immune. Only creatures completely immune would be other sirens and dragons). In otherwords its harder for a siren to hypnotise other Mythicals, but not impossible...except for dragons of course.

I really need to work on my clarification of powers in my summary.

(If during the Rp your OC was to try and hypnotize mine, here are a few guidelines. Since Sharky is technically an Elf Lord it would be impossible to take full control of him, however her song could immobilize him, making him unable to act, or put him to sleep, and maybe even make him pass out. Other OCs reactions will be between you and the RPer. Just clear it with them before you hypnotize thier OC. If its just some random person/creature that belongs to nobody you may hypnotize them as you please, just try to keep it kid friendly. K+ to teen at most.)

Personality: Vel have a preaty lay-back personality as far as dragon go, he does have his moments where his pride take over and make him act out at time but usualy it is preaty mild. Due to that very pride tho, he have a sensitive side that he dosn't realy show to others, if somthing happen to his collection however he will get preaty upset about it. As long as a situation isn't his problem he alwais try to take the path of less resistence, if you make it become a problem for him tho he may reconsider. Despite living at sea most of the time, he dosn't like pirates too mutch, he tolerate them but see them as a mild anoyance and potential liability.

Talents or powers:
- He have learned how to know where jewels and rare metals like gold and silver are in an area around him due to his upbrigning.
- Because of his attraction with the sea he have learned to swim and dive both in human and dragon form.
- As most dragons he was once suposed to breath fire but with him living at sea this hability slowly turned from flame to boiling water.
- While he rarely use his wings, he can fly.
- handeling small, easily breakable shells most of the day does increass one's dexterity overtime.


Backstory: With the legends of wealth surrounding his speacie, living near the sea does attract a certain kind of peoples he have grown to see as 'issues', mainly because he is often harrassed about fabled tresaure he may or may not have. In truth, Velderin come from a great lineage of dragons using earth power, since they can so easily find them jewels or rare metals have absolutely no value for him. Instead, he love to collect seashells, coral pieces and pearls from the dept of the ocean. Unfortunately, the last group of pirate who tryed to find his tresaure were desapointed by his collection, breaking most of it before leaving, Vel no longer show his true form around anyone since then prefering to presente himself as an human.
