You can go ahead and set him up and Ill get to him as soon as I can! It might take me a bit because I just started a new job but Im trying to do a bit every day so that Im at least making some progress. With the ranks, basically I will not actively start ranking a pet until they are level 70, because it would be very difficult to make a lvl 60 pet rank 2. Does that make sense?

So are you going to get them to lvl 70 before I start ranking them? Because I dont start ranking until a pet is lvl 70. Also, because they are not rank 2 yet you would have to pay for rank 2 as well. So it would be 75k per pet to take them to rank 3.
Im not too interested in that qitari. You can set them up whenever but it might take me a bit to get to them with my current work schedule. Also rank 3 takes a bit to finish.

You dont need to make it now cause i leveled him a little bit and noe he is level 57 and the rest will i get ^^
