Encounter rates are set with all possible encounters in mind. I will not be disabling or changing encounter rates for a specific event, as it is all intended to be exactly how it is.

oh ok also can u make the pet thats curretly on more showable

As Krin has said, encounter rates are the way they are for a reason. It truly is a game of luck and patience. Wouldnt be very fun if everything was easy!

your account is nearly a year old now, you should know about the spawn rates by now!!! They're called rare pets for a reason!!

Please stop acting like you are entitled and do what the rest of sylestia does: battle in the event zone and hope for the best or barter for the pets you wanted. Plain and simple

Festival Zones do not show up on the World Map. You have to access them via the Festival Bulletin, under Explore -> Seasonal Festival in the navigation menu.

However, it looks like atm you are under Level 10. It is recommended to at least be over Level 10 before entering the Festival Zone, as it may be too difficult before then.

Nothing to do with Sylestia, but as someone named Karen I think I speak for all of my namesakes when I say that we should retire the use of our name as a slur.

Today is the final day to explore the Festival Zone and submit your entries into the Forum Games!

I have applied a lot of Enchanted Water to all of the Shared Garden Flowers putting them at around 85-90% progress. I will leave the rest of the work to you guys. =)

I will also keep the Festival Zone open past its midnight deadline if there is still a pending Shared Garden Event. However, after a certain period of time, I may start increasing the requirement for Enchanted Water to bloom new ones. We'll see how it goes. =P
