Do additions like bubbles, sparkles, or light rays in the water count as creating additional lineart? Sparkles and light rays can technically be done with a soft brush I guess, but bubbles have a distinct contour.

Edit: Can we colour the lineart?

Here's my entry! Based the kelp on the Nighttime Waters Kelparis, with speckles and flowing water. :)
All the entries so far are so unique and colorful!! I can't wait to see the rest of them.
