Cooking time!! :D

[Red Beans & Rice]



[w/ a side of Cucumber Salad]



[Ingridients]
- White Rice
- Beef Tenderloin
- Kidney Beans
- Onion
- Stock
- Olive Oil
- Paprika
- Salt & Pepper

- Cucumbers
- Chili flakes
- Vingigar
- Soy Sauce
- Oil
- Sugar
- Salt

[Red Beans & Rice]
1) Cut the beef into circles and cook until brown then set aside
2) Begin steaming the rice and then add all other ingredients to a pot and cook for 30-40 minutes
3) Serve by adding the rice to a bowl with a few of the pieces of beef then pour the bean soup around the outside

[w/ a side of Cucumber Salad]
1) Cut the cucumbers into fun little spirals using diagonal cuts and chopsticks to make sure the cuts don't go all the way through
2) Salt the cucumbers and leave them for a few minutes before rinsing them off
3) Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl then add the cucumbers and coat them well.
