Based on the Germany Flag since the two countries I most identify my nationality with both have colour combinations on their flag I am not too fond of. >.> (I did learn how to speak German for a short while so that is something at least, although I nearly forgotten everything...)


I hope the amount of yellow in there is not too little. It is hard to change the colours without changing a significant part of it, and if the leg fur was yellow it catches the eye more than the wings. And since the wings' colour gradient of Black(mostly)-Red-Yellow is close to the flag's, I rather it pops out the most. XD
