So after 3000 points, will every win only give +10 points and every losses -10 points?

Not exactly, but that'd probably be the case for right at 3000 until you get a little above it.

After the Snow wars is over will the Sylestia Snow Building section be open still? For example, I've collect all the materials for a sylestia but all I need is water, keeping it open would allow me time to trade with other players to build the sylestia. So will it be kept open for a little bit?

(After all I can only play on weekends due too school)
