"I will not hurt anyone who has nothing to do with him. If he was guards that were with him in hurting others, they will suffer to." Astraeus said, face flat. "You say... magic? How do I overcome the magic? Or do these daggers have magic-repelling properties?" She picked up the belt and sheathes from the other box she'd seen before, buckling the belt around her waist, over her dress-robes.

Thats kinda complicated, she scuffed her foot against the floor. This might sound crazy, but, I live here, or I used to. Ugh, I am not really sure. Yesterday, this city was whole and full of people, and I woke up to find it like this. Her confusion and frustration filled her voice.

A great calamity struck 100 years ago.... but I have read documents saying that not all of the bloodline was wiped out, that in a centuries time a new heir to the thrones will rise" he said rubbing his chin " so If what you say is true them My sister was right... she did find the one I was looking for" he said with a chuckle

So... everyone is dead. Her eyes filled with shock. All the merchants, the royals, my friends... gone? She staggered slightly, mind reeling with shock and loss. She had still cling to the faintest hope that this was a dream, or that she had somehow skipped a couple years. But a whole century? Everyone she knew dead, with no descendants? The news hit her like a bucket of cold water to the face.
