"I can," Saria said, placing a hand on the rocks. They started shaking, then pieces started flying off, then, finally, flew out of the cave violently. Swaying on hir feet, Saria said, "I may have overdone it." Taeri was suddenly at hir side, supporting hir. Shi swiped a hand through the air, shedding dark smoke, and the smoke coalesced into a wall behind them.

Nicote stumbled out of the cave. THe clearing was empty.

He somehow tucked the stone in his puch, half dazed. Looking at Astrana, he said, "Talk to Loudstone."

Then he collapsed. (Don't worry, he won't turn to shadows for a while but he did get slammed by a troll..earlier.)

"Right loudstone, but first we got to get you out of orc and troll territory." she said with a frown.

nicote was dreaming, Well, kind of...

...He was in a mist-filled clearing, empty save for himself and a cloacked figure sitting on a rock some distance away. He approached them.

"The stone of fear, is it-" a gravelly voice asked.
"It's safe." Nicote replied.
"And you?"
"Collasped. Used too much energy in too little time."
THe figure turned to face him, lifting its hood. A boy the same age as Nicote peered out from underneath, looking exactly like Nicote but his hair was white and his eyes blue. His face was guant and he looked tired, as if he'd been through some traumatic event.
"How have you not turned to shadows? he asked softy.
Nicote smiled. "Girl of light keeping me ancored. I do the same for her. But what have you ben doing all this time?"
"Running, hiding, fighting. The Stone of Peace I found in some random village. 5 down, 7 to go." The boy suddenly jolted. "I have to go. Later, brother."
Nicote nodded at him before the scene faded into dakness.

He was difintely still knocked out.

(Just got this guy accepted....I'll have him meet everyone later! ;D)

The exact opposite of Nicote...well, at least before getting tossed into captivity. Having just escaped a month before, he's still a bit unsteady.

He's been admiring Alcove from afar for a while now....but he daren't make a move
Backstory
The same as Nicote's: He's not gonna talk. (Although he won't get as annnyed if you ask...)

Astra kept her hand on Nicote afraid that if she let go Nicote would fade. She looked around at the others, "What do we do?"

Taeri looked around, seeing things shi'd never been able to see before. Shi could sense the flows of energy before, but now shi could see them. Shi could see the trails of energy all living things leave in their wake. Saria lifted Nicote, keeping Astra's hand on him, and said, "Let's move! We need to be back at Arrowsnest by nightfall, which is not that far off."
