Rue follows along quietly, listening to the woods around them for danger. To anyone around her she may look like she is sleeping due to her eyes being closed to help her focus on what she is hearing. Sidhe is trailing along next Rue's horse, Nyx. Cocoa has his stomach on Marble's saddle and his legs on either side as he naps. Roman is dozing off in his horse's saddle with his head on his sister's shoulder, who had put a lead rope on his horse.

the creature:

i make my way back to the village, checking in on how it's doing and leaving more animal corpses around. as i do so, the birds follow me, landing on branches and doing there own thing, but staying close. one of them spots something and dives, with the other two right behind it. it's a cat, yellow in color. it looks like a weird stalker. much skinnier and different colored than a stalker, but the resemblance is still there.

shooing the birds away from the now bloody and scared thing, i pick it up, grabbing at it's collar and reading the tag. elliot. it's name is elliot. well if it has a tag it belongs to someone, so either it will crawl back to them or find somewhere to die. i drop the animal, letting it run away. whistling lowly for my birds to follow, i return home, with the corpses out my job is done.

Elliot hissed and scratched the creatures face before running back to ellas house and banging on the door, he just layed on the porch when he knew she wasn't coming and curled up, his whimpers where tiny

the creature:

the animal must have slipped away from it's person, through a window maybe. all i know is that i need to be out of here, and fast. before anyone see's what the birds did to that thing. maybe i shouldn't have brought them with me, i'll have to train them a little next time. teach them how to recognize prey from pet.

when i reach my library i sit down in my chair, with the birds flying all around until finding themselves a nice spot to roost until the next time we go out.
