Kody hears background noises of Brook and Blaze laughing and in his head, 'Ok, I'm going to my leaf stash, getting my drawing rock... wait where?? Oh, there it is... I'm writing now... The title is When Shadows Rise. Brook and Blaze were in another battle with a shifter... blah, blah, horrible quick writing... when he shifted to a shadow DRAGON see, changing it up a bit... The shadows were stronger... blah blah blah... Both very wounded... Andes and Cirrus save the day... everyone's happy... Perfect! Feel free to unleash your shadows now!'

He then released the full potential of a shadow wolf as waves of energy rolled off of him corrupting the fire and water until it to was just a shadow he then stepped out and moved swiftly towards Blaze and Brook.

Brook seems frozen while Blaze runs forward as well. "I will not repeat history! Shadows cannot beat us again!" He charges blindly and ends up running straight into Kody.

Kody being a shadow feels nothing as Blaze runs through his body. When he comes back out he is on the floor.

"BLAAAAAAZE!" Brook screams in apparent, true distress. She avoids Kody the best she can while running to him. She calls out while running, "Announcement! Blaze is down, I mean really down! Fire going out down! Help! S. O. S. to Andes! S. O. S. to Andes!" As she said, Blaze's crimson coat begins to turn grayish. (It's up to you if she runs into you as well or if she gets to him)

Kody let's Brook pass but stays right on her tail in case she runs, "Do you really thin Andes wants to help you? What happened when he asked you to come? To help him? To get his friend back? You left him, and betrayed him... friends should stick together..." Kody said as he stopped at Blaze's side and watched Brook.

Kody notices real tears are flooding down Brook's face. "No, Blaze, you can't go now, you can't, please, just stay with me, Andes is coming..." She gives a hard sniff. "...Even after all we've done to him, he won't let you die. I trust him. I trust him. I trust him..." She kept repeating that as if trying to force it to be true.
'Kody? Andes is begging me, and I mean BEGGING me to let him go. Is it okay? Can I release him?' I ask through the link.

"Yes. I'm not gonna let Blaze actually die." Kody shifted into a healer form. It was small and not nearly as strong as the packs healer but it would still help. He looked at Brook and before she could say no he healed Blaze the best he could, but it wasn't to helpful.
