... well... I mean...
Did you know that Masahiro Sakurai (of Nintendo) was told to make a launch title for a new handheld console, one that didn't even exist yet, and at first it was going to be a completely original game, but then he realized he didn't have time for that, so he looked to other series, ones that had to do with flying because he knew he wanted that to be part of the new game, but thought the Star Fox spaceships would be too slow, but he couldn't think of what other games had flying as a major function, then saw Pit in one of his games (Super Smash Bros. Brawl), and was like, "Who the heck made an original character for Super Smash Bros., we only use characters from other games??" and someone reminded him it was Pit from Kid Icarus, and Sakurai looked into it and was like, "I could really use this game." So he started making Kid Icarus: Uprising, and wrote the script himself so it would be PERFECT, and despite the console not existing yet, things went smoothly, since they just used the Wii to play-test and then formatted it to the new console later. That console was... the 3DS. The game used many of the unique features of the 3DS, despite being awkward to play, and had a fun, fast-paced, and original plot, but hardly anyone played it and Sakurai doesn't plan on ever making another Kid Icarus game. He has already said there will not be one for the Switch. Sakurai actually hates making games into series, like Kirby (which he made at 18) and Super Smash Bros. He handed Kirby off to another dev and created Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, which invited many fan-favorite characters and thus eliminated need for another game in the series.
Nintendo actually started as a small family business in the late 1800s that made playing cards often used in gamboling, and are still well-known for making the cards today. The company made a turn for electronics when in the 1930s another family took it over, investing in new technology and hoping to make it big in recent markets. Their video game-making days initiated in a small storage space between floors of a large business complex, with Shigeru Miyamoto as the leading developer in their new game for their new console, Super Mario Bros. Miyamoto still works at the company at 67 years of age, and is best known for such franchises as Super Mario, the Legend of Zelda, Donkey Kong, Pikmin (which was originally supposed to be a new Mrio game), and Nintendogs.
Whew, I've ranted for too long already u-u
I'm not supposed to eat caramel for braces, but... as long as no one knows, I guess it t e c h n i c a l l y didn't happen :T
I hope they do.. they haven't said otherwise. But hey! on the interwebs, I don't have to have a social and mental disorder-- I can make all the faces I want :3 ^w^ u-u :P :D o-o ;_;

O.o that's a lot of information but ti's all very interesting. I didn't know that video games and such were that old, I guess my whole sense of time is completely off >.<
In my experience the original of most games is usually the best version so I wouldn't blame him for not wanting to make a series. I imagine it'd also get a bit boring unless you truly loved what you were doing.
I had braces and ate everything I wasn't supposed to; the only time my braces broke was when I was messing with the wires too much and when one of my teeth fell out.
Mhm, and you can get creative with them! Like :D doesn't have a nose but with one little tap of a key.. :-D he has a nose now!
The bee movie had some very questionable things in it. I love how everyone just accepted the fact that a bee was dating a human..
This was so hard to type, I was so shaky because I haven't eaten lunch yet. I should probably go do that xD

Not gonna ping anyone anymore
So... my book has 38 views? Is that good... or... is that 38 misclicks... I dunno.
My dogs smell like fish. I don't know why. They just do. That scares me, since there are no fish nearby.
So... I'm boring... but I'm not against talking. If anyone wants to.

Oh, that was just general electronics... their first video game was made in 1985. They made other robotic toys that have been since forgotten... cuz they weren't really great X3
Yeah... also the fanbases would keep nagging at him for more games, and he really doesn't like that. He gets really stressed and loses a lot of sleep ;-; In one of the live stream things he does, he stared at the camera and said "Don't ask me for anything ever again".
But I mean he can play a game as two different characters at the same time, so that's neat ;w;
I've broken mine three times... so there's that X3
=(^uwu^)=
...sorta a cat
Yeah... the movie itself is questionable 0-0 like... what... what has to be going through your mind... to come up with that :T

Ah, well it's still interesting. Not the part where overworks himself, that's just awful, the part where they went from developing toys and robotic things to videos games.
I got a huge lecture after I broke them but I kind of just tuned it out. A very helpful little quirk to have in situations like that.
How did you break them that many times o.o
Exactly, people can be so creative with keyboards and half the time we don't even realize ^-^
Who knows, that people who made it might have thought they were the smartest people in the world. I mean they probably made a huge amount of money off of it so... in a way they kind of are.

...hard candies... I just bite down without thinking and it breaks the brackets :T
Yeah... I think the irony of, like, how bad it is makes it kinda good since people, like, watch it ironically because it's... not great... but it's so bad it's good... cuz it's funny....
I dunno XD

Hard candies are always so good but they're such a killer for braces >.<
Once I got a jolly rancher and it got stuck to my braces; I didn't want to risk breaking anything so I waited for it to dissolve
Somehow that all made sense, I didn't expect it to after the first time I read it.
It also teaches us some important lessons
oh geez I sound like my English teacher now D:
