I nod reassuringly at Visor and let Starburst drag me over, Rico staying still surprised me but I was glad to see he was learning.

"And your friend?" the woman asked with a gentle smile, crouching down and putting a hand on Starbursts shoulder, "What has been troubling you, young one?"

I had a strange feeling they were. I wondered if they heard what we said just to be safe I say "I wish for the lord to forgive my and those around me's sins, may they live long happy lives, or as much as they can here."

The noises didn't make sense, they seemed to be different words in a different language or something. She then went quiet, eyes still closed.
