As you walk around, you come upon some street performers, possibly using magic to put on a show in the market place, many people were gathered around and tossing coins in a donation box, and childrens faces lit up seeing the spectacle before them.

*Okay... my fighting style isnt very an offensive style of fighting, its more for defense, though I do know quite a few offensive strategies* Anjox explained. *Since youre a smaller person, I think it would be best for you to learn how to shift the flow of someones energy rather than take them down face-on* he began to say, reaching a hand out and grabbing one of her wrists tightly, beginning to demonstrate one of his moves.
*When someone grabs you like this, its much harder to pull away, and even if you can, they can just grab you again, so what you want to do is* He began to explains, using his free hand to push forward, then put your other hand on the wrist grabbing you. *now twist your hand free like that and close my fist with it, and then throw my arm to the side* he tells you, moving you through the motions and rolling onto the wooden deck to avoid doing any real damage to his arm.
Leto gave a nod and relaxed her muscles to avoid harm to herself, in a stable position so she would not get injured as they went through the actions, watching him roll down as she freed herself from his grasp, "That makes sense, Sir Anjox." she stated, bowing her head again, before rubbing her wrist, taking her own hand up to it and twisting it away, grasping her own first and making a movement that would, if done harder, may've caused her to stumble as well when thrown to the side.
"That move seems well followed up by an elbow to the flank, Sir. Or perhaps a twist to behind the back?" she suggested lightly.

*well, typically, in a real fight, you would keep pushing until it breaks, or until they fall on the ground, in which case some kicks or stomps would be most effective* he tells you. *this isnt much about strength, its more about using motion to throw someone off balance* he tells you.
*Anyway, normal sparring... mind if I see what kind of moves you typically use first?* he asked, stepping back to get an idea of your style.

She thought about it, "I guess it's who I'm facing and how much danger they pose to my master." she considered it, before stepping back and testing her weight. She then shifted her weight to one left, springing off in one direction, before skidding when landing and pushing off in the opposite way, it was suppose to be done fast enough to the enemy would off-balance and lead the side you moved to open.
As she moved across, she gently reached up her hand, back arched backwards to skim her fingers across wherever she could reach, before touching down again and springing off behind, the main tactic was a circular movement of speed, but with enough flexibility to be able to swap and change encase a strong strike comes in the way.

You watch the performers for about half an hour before they thank the crowd and vanish into the air, making the crowd applaud even harder. People begin to disperse back into the shopping center. You manage to spot the trio of performers in an alleyway a few streets down. The three look happy, high giving each other as they slip down the narrow path

Nicote chuckles. "Not bad."

You continue your stay at the marketplace, where nothing of interest seems to be happening. You know the ports are a little further south, and that the castle is somewhat North of your current position, as well as all the noble's houses.

Anjox mostly lightly defended against your attacks, gentle hitting your wrists with the sides of his fingers. It was obvious he was much more experienced based on the way he moved, which was surprisingly fast based on how bulky he appeared to be.
As you take another swipe at him, he finally strikes, his hand sliding yours out of the way, and his hips swiftly using his forearm to knock you to the ground, then stepping back.
"Very good, though you must anticipate your enemies being able to block your attacks, they're fairly straight-forward and basic, jumping back and forth in order to disorientate, when all they need to do is find where you're falling and knock you down, or, as I did, deflect your swipe and knock you down" He described.
"Since you're the one jumping around me, I don't have to move as quickly to face you, and though someone less trained may get dizzy and disoriented, I'm well trained against those types of moves." Anjox warns you
