I breathe out quietly, and wait a bit longer, hoping they're going to leave soon. I shift quietly and settle in for awhile.

As you start to look around the door suddenly opens. In the entrance is a female security gaurd, she taps her foot impatiently

You hear a door down the hall open and then close.

I try and peep under the door, hoping it's someone I know.

One haggered looking creature steps up to the front of the room, he sees you and motions for you to join the others

It seems there is no one in the hall, whoever was walking through earlier must have entered a room.
