I know you say you won't act off those thoughts but maybe if you told someone, such as a close friend if you don't trust your family enough, it might help? Last time I went down a rough route of er.. eating problems.. I told my two closest friends and they helped me out of it. When I went down yet another rocky path of sh problems I told them and they would sit in the bathroom with me at school to talk to me. I got a bit side tracked but friends can help you sort out your thoughts.
Maybe write them down? I know you like to write and roleplay so if you can write down what you're feeling it might help you understand what's going on better; and it might feel like you don't have purpose or have nothing important to contribute but I'm sure others would say different. You made my time coming back into Sylestia much more happy and eventful and I'll forever be thankful for that. Other newbies can probably say the same ^-^

I've never done a play because I'm too scared to speak on stage but I used to play flute for my band and I always felt super fancy during the concerts and competitions. people probably saw me as I was but I liked to imagine I was some famous, fancy flute player who traveled the world to play.
mm I tried to sketch everyday but then I got frustrated and stopped. I'll occasionally doodle a flower or something but I haven't been motivated enough to actually put effort into anything >.<
my nama taught me to sew when I was 4 or 5 because I ripped my stuffed animal I got from my grandfather, her ex-husband, and I wouldn't stop crying about it. to be fair she told me not to bring it to the beach club and I still did (I even took it out sailing when her newest husband tried to give me lessons). I forgot everything she taught me though..
I used to wear skinny jeans and whatever sweater I felt like, or whatever "dressy" shirt my mom passed down to me, but I live in exercise clothing and pajamas now.

I almost had it for breakfast today but it was already 11 so I just had a piece of toast and the other half of the melon that was in our fridge. I wish I could have some right now but I'm not hungry and I already had an after dinner snack :')

I have one in my house and another in the workshop outside... so there's that. The one outside is full of beef, tho

I've done a couple plays... I used to be really scared, but anymore I just do the same thing I do playing video games. I BECOME the character. Then it's them getting embarrassed, not me :D

Three and a half years of nonstop daily practice, 2020 is the first year I could actually draw what I saw in my head. It seriously kinda sucks when you're learning, and you always feel like you'll never get there. for real, daily, rigorous studies, turning human anatomy into simple shapes like circles, squares, and triangles to make it easier to comprehend, learning how long different parts of the arm are, where the ears should go so you can find the eyes, it stinks, but if it's what you love, it's worth it :3 fancy clothing styles come with time :/ 2020 is also the first year I started making more complicated outfits for my characters....

Yeah... I forgot how to make a sock monkey... X3 but I mean, I feel like even if you didn't know, you could come up with your own technique. Then you can like trademark it later and make money off of it er sumthin :/ i dunno
