It's not allowing your second pictures because you're also linking them to the generator at the same time. The posts won't allow more than one of the same link in them. If you take out the links to the generator they'll work perfectly.

Yes, if you replace TEMPLINKREPLACE with img it should work.

Unfortunately you are too late and I'm not sure if your entries count. Technically the contest ended at 12:00 server time and your posts are from a couple hours later.
I edited my post two minutes after the end time; the last entry may not count but the one before it I added at 11:59. ^-^
