That would have been nice to know before the garden ended. I still had a bunch of seeds I would have planted. I thought they would vanish if they weren't ready to harvest before the garden ended so I never planted them.

Oh well. They weren't anything I personally really wanted, so I'm not all that broken up about it, just thought it might have been nice to know in time to plant them for someone who would want them.

I think Springfest might be my favorite. I enjoyed it so much! The gardening is fun and I love the Majestic pets. Thanks Krin and Fai!

This year's Spring Festival is officially finished and pretty much entirely wrapped up. We have, I think, prizes to award for two more Forum Games and that should just about be everything.

I just wanted to take a moment to say a few things regarding the Festival and the next few months.

Firstly, Faiona and I were completely blown away by both the participation and support everyone gave throughout the month-long Spring Festival. It greatly surpassed even our greatest expectations. So to everyone who participated during this event, thank you for keeping Sylestia an awesome, growing, and active community even as we take an extended amount of time getting the Beta squared away and begin work on our Release version. And to everyone who purchased Diamonds during this event, thank you so much for helping to keep Sylestia running; it was a very humbling blessing that helped us recoup the costs of the recent revamps and the upcoming MegaZone.

Secondly, we are continuing our work on the MegaZone. At this time, we are getting a large batch of artwork finished up for the second section of the MegaZone. I am also putting in the new species into the Site. We hope that in 2-3 weeks, the second section will be finalized and we will have begun work on the last section. Once that stage is reached, we will probably be able to post a relatively specific release date for the MegaZone as we will pretty much be on the last leg. In the meantime, here is a screenshot that I'm sure will tease most, if not all, of you. =P

Thirdly, we will be having a very small 4th of July celebration. At this point, it will most likely just be some cosmetic / Diamond Shop stuff as we do not have the available time to create any type of actual feature. We probably will also run some Forum Games on/before/after the 4th as well with some fun prizes. The Patriotic Themed Pets may also be a part of this in some fashion as well, which we know has been heavily requested over the past few years.

Lastly, we are still working on the Ny'vene revamp. It has been delayed due to the high amount of demand for other artwork at this time. We do hope that we can get it finished up maybe by the end of July, but we cannot promise it at this point in time.

Aghghh..... Krin you're killing me with these teasers for the new species!
I'd just like to join everyone else in expressing my appreciation for everything you and Fai do to keep sylestia going! I have never come across an online gaming site that I enjoyed more, and a large part of that is because of all the effort that you two put in, so thank you.
I'd also like to thank you specifically for the effort you've put into the fests and the megazone, despite all the craziness of RL, I always try to make time to get on sylestia for a few minutes to see what's going on, because there's always fun to be had :)

omg! The new species is so kewt! :D oh... god... stable space... at the moment i am mad breeding zolnixis.... the moment these little critters come out... 2/3 of my stable will be filled with them XD
