The door opened. None of the rooms downstairs had numbers on them so you decide to head upstairs. Soon you found your room and entered. it smelt of lavender, lemon and faintly of roses. Someone had already dumped their things on the closest left bed and left it a mess.
I gently put my stuff down on the second bed before looking around in amazement. The room was really nice, better then I expected. Of course, it was an expensive school, but still. I wonder briefly where my roommate went, I'm kind of nervous to meet them, I hope I get along with them.

There horse walker was empty, you noticed. A girl (Ilya stable helper) was walking down the path with her horse, another student beside her if you wanted to go socialise.
(naw he hates people :3)
I send them a glare for no particular reason and instead head to where my class should be taking place.
you entered the big house. None of the rooms downstairs seemed to have numbers on them, so you went upstairs. Soon, you found your room. Some'd already been there and put their things away and claimed a bed.
She looked around putting her things on the unclaimed bed and looked around the room wondering who was she sharing the room with.

She slowed to a walk. A male student glared at you from the stable before walking off. Ilya seemed to be smiling, "I'm not suppose to be telling you this, but after the presentation it's going to be a group hack, just a few hours to lead us up to the evening!" She took her feet out of the stirrups, dropping the reins and bringing her feet around to your side and sitting sideways on the saddle, no hands, "I'm thinking of breeding Frosty. Do you think she's a good mare or should I just buy another horse? I love her, but a cute little foal!"

You caught a whiff of their things. It didn't smell like the room at all. The presentation didn't start for a bit.

Whoever they were, they didn't seem to be coming in and weren't there. Their bags were closed and they'd put some stuff away already.
