His vision is slowly clearing. You hear footsteps and shouting a ways back. Your first thought is that more scientist are coming but then you realize how dumb they must be to send more scientists

you both sit their in awckward silence the only thing to break the silence is a light thumping sound as he moves his leg up and down out of habit.
At one point he opens his mouth as if to say something but then closes it and goes back to the awkward silence.
