"Imagine how they'll feel when they see their first battle with us?", Adrian chuckled, she made a face that resembled awe.

" Well, most of them will probably flip out, cry, get eaten. Y'know, the usual. "

She laughed. "I remember once a kid that joined the corps with me screamed so loud when he saw his first titan.", She paused to laugh. "I bet even the titan went deaf.".

Tea fled from Owen's nose, he was laughing so hard. "I remember that, I was in your squad, he didn't last that long though.". The two laughed together, sure they were in the same squad, but you could see a potential squad leader in one of them.

Lia burst out laughing. " Honestly, why join the corps if your just going to make everyone's eardrums explode? "

"He was trying to be cool for the ladies.", Adrian said flexing her arms, Owen acting like a girl sighing in a hazed crush. Some of the other subordinates laughed at their performance and story.

"And on his first titan squad leader had to save him!", Someone commented in the distance, causing a ripple of laughter.

"See, it's kicking in.", Adrian said, with a snort. She clamed herself, still smiling.

"Wait, remember that girl who fell of her horse, poor thin got stuck in mud. A titan had to help her out, you know what I mean.", Owen chuckled. "Good thing I, Owen the great, lopped its hand off and saved the young maiden.". Adrian almost fell over, she was laughing so hard. her stomach hurt because of his story.

Lia laughed. " And, Owen the great, where is this young maiden? "

"She lost her left leg in a cart accident.", He simply responded. Adrian nodded, holding a face of sadness.

"We visit the poor thing from time to time.", Adrian said. "Bringing her family food, she has a husband and two baby boys now." Owen nodded, a chuckle coming from his mouth. he explained how the girl named Lidia had argued about receiving food from those who pity them, and her husband took it anyway. But he just wanted the little bottle of wine.
