She watched both Circe and Amelie, finding the styles of fighting they had very interesting. She herself wasn't the best of sword fighters- of course she was good enough to hold her own but she was still in need of some practice. Maxine noticed how Amelie almost danced as she fought while Circe seemed to use an almost fencing style of fight. It was quite enjoyable to watch. Her parrot Sultan seemed to agree as he made small chirping noises.

Amelie clenched her teeth in anger and pirouetted out of the way of the attack, and in turn whipping around and thrusting her blades towards you, aiming for the chest.
She suddenly laughed. "Sorry if I scared you. But I hate to admt, I know the girl who's been causing you lot problems the last few days." She'd been staging some "sightings" and totlaly annoying everyone on that ship...
