Russia seemed to not be bothered by it. Of course he'd help her get to the surface if she fainted, but he doubted she'd last longer than ten minutes.

She had let go of all her air and could feel herself ebbing on, a sharp tugging feeling in her body. She had two options: push herself and maybe win, although she doubted it, but that would make Japan very cross at her, or admit defeat and swim up. She hated the idea of the last one, it would make her seem weak and willing to give up. So she stick with the first. She could deal with Kiku being mad at her. Taithlon lasted another minute before her eyes drifted closed and her limbs went limp, she started sinking, unable to keep herself up.

"Japan has a cat that looks like him. So does America, England, Russia, Italy, Romano, Germany, and I think you get the idea...." France said.
"Even I have one!" Prussia put in.

"huh"
"OOo maybe there was an alternate universe where all the countries are cats and it leaked into this universe" I joke then add
"But seriously tha6's pretty cool."

Russia grabbed her arm and pushed her to the top. Japan freaked out, seeing her unconscious. He was angry by the fact that she would do such a thing. So reckless!

Taithlon was just casually unconscious. I mean she's not becoming conscious and probably has water in her lungs for a while.

Japan ran over to her and tried to wake her up by putting snow on her face.

Ivy doesn't understand the Japanese. How would that work? So it didn't. it was usual for her just to be unconscious for an hour or so when she did this.

"Alternate universe? I do not understand. I believe that's something America would know about, however." France said. He sighed and looked around. "England's been gone for awhile now..."

I look away guiltily "Y-yeah? crap." I get up I should probably go find him, we needed to talk.
