I only have a name to suggest for the Qitari... But maybe "Asphodel", as in the field of the underworld in Greek Mythology?

I'm going to take your name offer of Noir Emerald, but change it to Fatale as a homage to old Film Noir with Femme Fatales.

You could name this one Ariel (after the archangel of nature and animal life, not the mermaid) because, well:
this angel is usually associated with the colors pink and gold, so she has the colors. And the feathered wings. She also seems pretty nature themed.
As for the males....no idea...yet.
