My wikipedia research of Mira Grant's books led me down the rabbit tunnel of not only her many books (wow), but also importantly: a new music genre! Filk! What even the...! My ears are now very happy.

Honestly, Celuwen, I'm getting to the point where I can tolerate Webbed Wings, just not any of the others. But Octopus Rings? I'm really, really, really not sure about Octopus Rings.

Ahh, the fest is almost over. I hope everyone is satisfied with their haul this year! I definitely ended up with some very shiny new critters. This one might be my favorite:





But these Black Toads from last year got the star mutator treatment, and I think they are just fancy little treasures! The likelihood that they will all be used to create a 5-vis PB Toadling for next year is quite high...

But...there were some catches this year that weren't so shiny. The following is what I have to offer the Vibrant 'Vorpas group before shelling them out to the general public. Ideally, I'd like a 1 to 1 critter trade where you get what you want and I get what I want. But, since that's not always possible, I'm happy to discuss a muchly discounted price in gold or other trades, breedings future and present, PB offspring of a different theme, or...what-have-you. I'm open to ideas. But the main point here is that these little rascals need to find new happy homes ASAP*! ^.^

I noticed that Dragonfly Wings were disproportionately a feature of the festival. Especially with the Water Snakes. They often seemed to be sporting them.
