perhaps for the wolf/Cerberus/lycan ideas you could have a wolf-type sylesti and have mutations or genes for the lycan/werewolf (gaining a two-legged form) and for the Cerberus (having 3 heads) or both at once (a two-legged, three-headed wolf). I vote for a new reptile-like creature, maybe a snake with a possible gene/ mutation for legs or wings, just... something.
